Need to return something ?

You have a period of thirty (30) clear days from receipt of the products ordered on our site to exercise your right of withdrawal without having to justify your reasons.

You must return the products to us in new condition, with labels and in their original packaging.

For returns from metropolitan France, you can contact customer service, david(at)lappartementfrancais.fr, who will send you a returns slip by email, to be stuck to the package to be returned.

For returns from the European Union and other countries, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Products must be returned with tracking to the following address : L'Appartement Français, 27 rue du Bourg Tibourg, 75004 Paris, France.

Please include your order number, full name and your request for refund or exchange.

In the event of a refund, this will be made upon receipt and verification of the returned products. Initial shipping costs will not be refunded.
