How can I contact Appartement Français customer service ?

Delivery times :

  • If there is no information about delivery time in the description of the product added to your basket, this means that it will be sent directly to you by L'Appartement Français within 24-48 working hours. The delivery time will then be 2-3 working days for metropolitan France, and 6 to 10 working days for the European Union and International.
  • If there is information about the delivery time in the product description of the product added to your basket, this means that it will be sent to you directly by the brand. Please use this information to determine the delivery time, which can vary from 2 days to 4 weeks!

 

Mode of delivery :

In Metropolitan France (including Corsica) We offer COLISSIMO delivery to your home.

  • 0€ pick-up at our Paris boutique
  • 4.95€ for Metropolitan France,
  • 25€ for European Union countries,
  • 50€ for international deliveries (USA, Canada, Japan, South Korea)

Delivery time is generally between two and three working days in mainland France, provided that all postal details have been correctly provided. We invite you to be very precise when filling in the address field: door code, intercom, backyard, town, floor, etc...

In order to track your parcel with peace of mind, you will receive your tracking number by e-mail. Don't hesitate to send us an e-mail to david(at)lappartementfrancais.fr, we'll do everything we can to help you if you encounter any delivery difficulties.

It may happen that you receive several parcels for a single order. This is due to the presence of stocks on the premises of L'Appartement Français as well as with the brands.

Why don't we offer shipping?

We don't offer free shipping, and we'll explain why. When you pay €6.95, we pay part of the shipping costs, which are often between €9 and €12.

When the boxes aren't recycled, we use made-in-France boxes and made-in-France Kraft padding. We want to be as virtuous as possible, and that comes at a cost.

We also believe that shipping costs are not an additional sales lever to push you to consume even more (free shipping from...), but that it is indeed a service, and like any service, it must be paid for.

The reason why large groups are more often than not able to offer these fees is that their margins are also very substantial, and the product's selling price already includes these fees.

Finally, you should know that return and reshipment costs remain at our charge for any exchange or retraction.

Returns

Need to return something ?

You have a period of thirty (30) clear days from receipt of the products ordered on our site to exercise your right of withdrawal without having to justify your reasons.

You must return the products to us in new condition and in their original packaging.

For returns from metropolitan France, please contact customer service at: david(at)lappartementfrancais.fr. We will then email you a returns slip to stick on the package to be returned.

For returns from the European Union and international destinations, the return costs are at the CLIENT's expense. Products must be returned with tracking to the following address : L'Appartement Français, 27 rue du Bourg Tibourg, 75004 Paris, France.

Please include your order number, full name and your request for refund or exchange.

In the event of a refund, this will be made upon receipt and verification of the returned products. Initial shipping costs will not be refunded.
