La Rochère

La Rochère is the oldest glassworks in France and is part of the Living Heritage Companies. It was in Haute-Saône, in the town of Passavant-la-Rochère, that the glassworks set up their furnaces in 1475.

Each master glassmaker who is trained for ten years in the design of mouth-blown glass.

La Rochère manufactures authentic products for everyday life. Glasses, herbal teas, tableware, the company draws its inspiration from archives and the French art of living. The teams work to dress everyday tables, thanks to unique creations, some of which have become emblematic like the Abeille glass.
